Hi, I was recently looking into Silverado Ranch for a home to buy since I will be attending UNLV in the Spring of 2010. My parents are funding me and they were uneasy about buying a whole nother home and suggested that I should start to look at condos. I like the area of Silverado Ranch and I found some buildings like Manhattan and Park Place, as well as Boca Raton. I like Manhattan, but heard that the HOA monthly fee is $250, which is a little steep. I don't know what Park Place's HOA fee is, but that was my next option. Boca Raton's units are incredibly expensive for what the size is, so I don't think that's an option. To wrap this up, I like the look and feel of the above mentioned buildings and wondered if there were others in the same area like it, or possibly more near the strip, or near UNLV. I like the idea of either a gated, or full security team, or a main entrance with the doors on the inside like in a hotel, as I'm a bit paranoid. I just keep finding sketchy websites that advertise different buildings that when I search for, find out that they've gone under and are not being constructed at all. If you could help me with finding legit buildings and any information (HOAs, etc) about them, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much in advance!
