I entertained Wellington Meadows but then decided on Camden Del Mar. The rooms at WM are smaller, the counter tops are much lower and not as nice as Camden, Camden has ceiling fans in each bdrm. (not just the master) as well as the dining area and Camden also has a bigger weight room as well as 3 pools. IMO the floorplans are just nicer with the rooms being angled. No dogs allowed at Camden which initially bothered me but then again I do not have to worry about ever stepping in any crap because there is always someone that decides to be disgusting. Check them out...........DM me for more info. Good Luck.

In may I purchased a 3-bed townhouse at Durango Trails. So far I am happy with my purchase and the HOA seems to be on top of all needed maintenance. Both pool were recently sand blasted and refinished, entry gates were just replace in the last 3-weeks and reserves are healthy grounds are kept tidy. It does seem that many of the units are rented, however, the complex is very quite. Easy access to the parkway and being close to Bruce Trent park along with the quality of the buildings lead me to settle on Durnago Trails. However, to be fair I only looked in the Summerlin area when working with the Realtor. Also, the HOA dues were the lowest of all the condo/townhouse complexes that I looked at. Note this is not a conversion and there are over 208 units so economy of scale should keep the HOA dues low. Hope this helps
