Hi LLVResident,

I have read many of your posts with much interest. I have looking at purchasing a condo in Lake Las Vegas for a few months, and in fact, plan on being there in November to find something I like and hopefully make a purchase, but thought that I would ask you a few questions, in hopes that you would be able to help me out.

I was also looking into the Viera, which you said you own a condo in as well. I understand that it's not a typical condo, in that it is a hotel/condo which you can but don't need to participate in the hotel aspect of it.

I was also looking into a one bedroom of similar size to yours, my questions are can you fill me in on approximate HOA fees? Property tax fees? What you get as a condo owner in LLV? What kind of revenue is possible through the rental program?

I realize that's its a bit to ask, but I just want to arm myself with as much info as I can in order to make a wise investment decision, which I'm sure you can appreciate. Anyways, any feedback you can provide me or anyone else on this forum that has been curious as to these questions, would be very helpful and much appreciated.
