What are you trying to say? That doesn't make sense and you're leaving out quite a bit of info. Are you retired and on SS, or are you on SSI for a disability? FYI: Social Security people don't know anything about Unemployment Insurance and they can't advise you on it, so I'd suggest that if you are getting Social Security AND Unemployment Insurance at the same time, you better talk about it right away with the Unemployment Insurance folks. I vaguely remember something on that, and I think you can collect both, but I'm not sure because I haven't dealt with that particular thing for a long time. If it's not allowed you will get caught and you would have to pay back the UI. I think you're OK but you'd better check with UI NOT Soc. Sec. What does finding a job that pays the same as the one you lost have to do with anything? You have to look for suitable employment at least three days a week, and it doesn't say look for one that pays the same. When you return to work you should still get the Soc. Sec., but you have to stop filing for UI as soon as you go to work.

I can't tell what you are saying since you don't use punctuation, or spell checker. But reading between the lines, it vaguely sounds like you have been taking unemployment benefits illegally. If that is the case you'll be paying it back. By the way, Nevada doesn't have disability. You might be talking about SSI.

It's also hard for me to clarify what you are asking but I know firsthand, you are eligible for unemployment benefits if you were working and also taking s.s. Theory being, if one is ambitious enough to continue working while receiving s.s. and they then lose that job, they qualify for unemployment providing they continue looking to replace it. Now a second issue presents itself which I believe Buzz was trying to address and that is, it appears your former employer is trying to disqualify you from receiving unemployment. You will have to go through the appeals process and if you lose the appeal, you will to reimburse the government for the benefits already extended to you.

Went to my appeals meet I think it went well. Now I may have some trouble with punctuation and spelling , but I am dam sure I can fix any refrigeration or ACs you have can you do that too? Just want Info .here not things about my spelling or any other unsmart remarks like (retarted )is this the limit of your wording abilities.
