We ate at the Red Rock buffet. It was pretty good...Some items were better than others, but they have a very large selection.

I usually stay away from pizza, pasta rice, potatoes at a buffet and stick to the more expensive items (mainly meat dishes). They had something called Mandarin Pork Chop or something? I thought it sounded kind of gimmicky and cliche, but it was surprisingly good.

If I remember correctly they had a barbecue section with smoked ribs, chicken, brisket, sausages, etc. Was pretty decent for que outside of the south. The asian section was so-so except for those pork chops. I am a pecan pie lover and theirs was delish.

Drinks were 1.99, and made the mistake of ordering their mojito. It was terrible. It tasted REALLY sweet and they used mint extract/concentrate instead of mint leaves. Good thing it was 1.99 and ordered a gin&tonic instead.

There is an asian woman who directs people to their seats and she can be very rude. Sort of like....the guy at the movie theatre who takes your ticket mixed with a teller at the DMV.

You would be hard pressed to find a Las Vegas buffet as bad as OCB>
