Wow...I will say if youve gotten past the drug test its a better sign than not getting a response on yoru initial application review (Wynns good at quick responses with that), still...I guess you should just not focus on it and keep looking elsewhere or ull drive yourself nuts...Hopefully theyll call you back when you least expect it.

It's been so long since I was up for a casino job that it didn't occurr to me to check the Wynn jobs website. Well, I did last night and I did not get the job. I know very well that I passed that drug test, though. Has anyone else ever heard of someone being called for a drug test, passing, and not getting the job? I personally have never heard of this.

I'm beginning to wonder if the test could have come up as a false positive because of the poppyseeds from my everything bagels! This just doesn't make sense. Ant comments would be appreciated. Thanks.

No, not Quest. I forget the name of the company, but I think I will contact them somehow. Good idea!

Steady Extra at the Drug Store. I have experience and education, but I just can't figure out why.
The lady who interviewed me said not only would she recommend me for the position, but that if I didn't get it, she would recommend me to another department within the hotel. The website just says, "No longer being considered," and the position is closed. If I hadn't been sent for the test (and told by the tester that I had a 90% chance of getting the job), I would have understood that another more qualified person applied or someone transferred from within the property. I'm just baffled.
