Hello everyone. I'm sure there are a million threads about this, but I got sooooo overwhelmed with all of the hits, I figured I'd pile on with a new one. I just moved to LV to attend grad school at UNLV. I am living at a temporary location, and would like to find a new place in about a month or so. I can use some help on where to live? I am looking to pay about $350/month before utilities, assuming I will have another roomate. For a 2 bdr of about $700 month, where is the best place that I could hope to live out here? I dont mind being too far from the UNLV campus, just not trying to be more than 15 miles out. Are there general areas to look into or stay away from (i.e. east is good, west is bad, etc.)? In advance, thank you for the advice, its greatly appreciated!!

Have you checked out the Siegel Suites on Flamingo and Swenson. I heard you can get a studio apartment for only $750 per month including all utilities. Makes it a lot easier on the wallet.
