HI I AM LOOKING FOR CHEAP CONDO IN VEGAS. ON REALTOR I SEE 2 BDROOM CONDOS 50,00 AND UNDER IN [SIZE=3]89128 ZIP.IT LOOKS DECENT AREA. CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT FEES TOTAL I LIKELY WILL HAVE ON 1200 SQ condo.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=3]what would be hoa? what it includes and other monthly utility costs?[/SIZE]

Look up the condos again on realtor.com or ziprealty.com. The fees will be listed as well as the taxes. A good way to get more info on the area is to look at everything for sale in that zip/street/area. MOST condos allow small pets, at least. Zip will answer this question too.

I think Zip is easier to read than realtor.com but I use both of them.

Some HOA's/condo fees are reasonable while others border on usurious. It also depends on what services are provided.

HOAs on small condo more than $100 less than $200...probably average around $150.

HOA fees sometimes include water and trash.

Taxes around 1% of what you paid after 18 months.

Soaring Gulls? An awful place to live. 2 BR, about 170 per month. Taxes about 800 per year.
