I'm meeting up with an old lover/friend that I haven't seen in 5 years. We're meeting in vegas. I want to find a place that is beautiful and quiet, where we could possibly get drinks/dinner after. He is a closeted gay man so like I said, somewhere he would feel comfortable hugging/kissing without many people watching us. We only have 3 days together and I want to make the most of it.

I would go to the top of the Stratosphere. They have an awesome restaurant and bar up there. I do not know how gay friendly it is, but it fits all your other criteria.

Try the Petrossian Bar at the Bellagio if you don't mind smoke. There are tables and sofas available that are fairly private.

If your looking for fine dinning with a view then Alize on the top of the Palms is the place to go.

Moderator cut: orphaned post

If you can afford it there are many high roller suites in Las Vegas that are perfectly private and where they will feed you and take care of you in immense privacy while you look out over the world.

For a public place A Limo to Michaels at South Point. They make eating into an affair even if it is not. Enjoy.
