These are all pretty new apartments. Depends on if you want to live in the north or south. The two in North Las Vegas, and the one in 89166 are all pretty new and look really nice from the outside. I do not know about the ones on the south part of town.

You should add the Presidio apts to your search. Built by the same people that built the Preserve. All picerne properties. Great location and close to lots of shopping you can actually walk to.
