Don't forget that there are two 95 & 215's. One in the NW and another in Henderson but you're probably talking about the one in the NW.

I believe he is talking about the corner of Frontage and the 215 near the Target and Vons shopping center. I'm not sure exactly what it is, I have always assumed it was a commuters lot for carpoolers or a park and ride of some sort.
