Anthem is beautiful. When driving into anthem it is very stunning, but the houses can be very small in some of the subdivisions.

Green Valley/Green Valley Ranch pretty much good. The are around the GVR Resort is very nice, and there is a ton of shopping and restaurants. The district is very nice, but the shops are so-so. There are some restaurants here including cheesecake factory.

Those are the two I am more familiar with.

That was pretty funny. That guy should place an ad stating that he would pay someone $100 to take that off his hands and transport it to the dump.

I had a very nice almost new $900 sleeper sofa I tried twice to sell on Craigslist for $200 a couple of years ago after the HGTV show Designed to Sell came to my house and re-did our den (among other rooms). Only got a couple of nibbles either time. Then, when we sold our house a couple of months ago, a consignment store picked up all of our furniture, put a $425 price tag on the sofa, and sold it in a day. So, we ended up getting 212.50 for it, but someone paid more than double the price I had been asking for on Craigslist.

You are welcome. I just moved to Anthem Highlands and see quite a bit of stuff on Craigslist that looks pretty nice. I think I saw someone leaving here yesterday with a nice looking bedroom set.

I would rather buy something from a person directly than buy it from a consignment store, less chance of getting bugs and whatnot.

I wanted a lazy boy theater chair set I saw on there a few months ago but we hadn't moved yet, it said they paid 4000 dollars and I am pretty sure they wanted a grand or less. Would be a good deal.
