I would think if it is a Nevada ccw, it's all of Nevada. Except for the courthouse, airport etc.

You would be correct. As long as one does not carry over into CA, normal NV CCW laws apply.

Agreed. If you don't already know the laws surrounding your carry permit, then you're not responsible enough to be carrying a gun. Leave it at home, go to Primm, gamble, and have a good time.

You can get a non resident permit in Nevada no matter what state you live in AND carry legally when in NV or any other state that recognizes Nevada's permit as well.

Like say, you live in AZ, but come to Nevada. You take the Nevada CCW Class while in Nevada.. apply for the non resident permit, and when in Nevada you can Carry.

I suppose you could get one in every state, but that's kind of dumb. I don't see why they don't all accept each other's permits.

Is the OP asking if he can take a gun into Buffalo Bill's or something? I'd like to know that too. If I get my carry permit can I take a gun into a casino, or is it strictly up to the casino?

Most people carry money in a casino and not much out lol. Why??? would you need a gun in a casino. Unless you belong to a gang or plan on doing something illegal leave your gun home or in the car. You might get stupid and shoot your self by accident or someone else. Tourist do not take to kindly to folks having guns in casinos or other public places. Think first why your doing this and what it will do or not for you.
