If you want to try some very good sushi & other Japanese items next time you're in Vegas, go to Shibuya in the MGM. What a contrast to Todai!

Shibuya was so good, we went there three times during our week-long visit last August.

I have really enjoyed the meals at Todai. Unlike MOST buffets, the food is generally better when the crowds are smaller.
