I see some very cheap studio apartment listings. Do they actually exist or is it just to attract people? What kind of conditions should someone expect to live with in a place that's so cheap?

Default Things that make you go "Hmmm?"

When you see $149 to $220 rentals that is the WEEKLY rate.
A lot of them aren't apartments, they are extended stays.
Some are seedier / dangerous / bug infested than others.
I have a female friend who's staying @ Emerald Suites on Paradise Rd and she has no bugs or issues with her room but I hear that the Budget Inn & Seigal Suites {depending on location} can be pretty gross.

For an actual apartment, you're looking at atleast $400 mo to start.
That's why I'm looking for a room for rent right now, lol.
I'm still weeding through the creeps, perv's & scammers.
