I'm looking at real estate listings in Summerlin, and there are a bunch of listings going from 100K-150K. Some of them say Short Sale and some of them don't, but I feel like the ones that don't are just leaving that tid bit out, rather than them not actually being Short Sales.

Listings like these:
3020 Half Shell Way, Las Vegas NV - Trulia

Seem too good to be true. Nice neighborhood, condition seems good, etc. Should I not be worried if it doesn't say Short Sale or are they just conveniently leaving that part out.

If it's on Trulia it's either so hammered its not worth owning or a lead in to some kind of scam.

Banks trying to force you through their lending systems. They they try and up the price.

There is so much manipulation going on in the Sub $200,000 market. I tried to buy out that way last year - what a joke. When you look at these low ball properties on the inside you find water damage, mold, destroyed carpeting/flooring. These places are just hammered.

Any place that is even decent in that price range is not going to be in Trulia. Do a drive by and see for yourself. It's just a suckers game.

Same place on Zillow: http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/30.../6936781_zpid/

Craigslist while it lasts: http://lasvegas.craigslist.org/reb/1593468461.html (broken link)
