We are still looking for a place...checked out Boca Raton and heard that 90% of units in building 4 are now leased and about 40% in building 3 are leased. That doesn't sound like a good thing for someone looking to buy...where is a good, safe place with similar amenities?

Depends on what you are looking for...Manhattan across the street for a conventional condo convenient to the strip. Panorama for a high rise strip condo. Central Park for gated town homes convenient to the strip.

Depends on your price range, and also where you want to live and what kind of HOA fees you are willing to pay. Boca has has only short sales, flips, and foreclosures in there. The remaining unsold units are in the process of being bundled up to sell to an investor. So who knows what will happen after that.

One Las Vegas is at the south end of the strip their HOA is 44 cents a foot, the bank foreclosed on the developer then the bank was taken over by FDIC and then FDIC sold to the realestate division of Starwod hotels. They just started selling the units again it is really nice property, gym, meeting room, pool tennis court and the units themselves have great floor plans.

Closer to the strip than Boca, good luck
