she was a very nice person and wanted to be a good neighbor. shortly after she first moved in , she had a party one evening (must have been her day off). very loud music,etc. I decided to nip a potential problem in the bud . I stood up on an area that allowed me to see over the block wall and asked her to turn down the loud stereo. she was very nice about it and even came to my front door the next day to personally apologize. had no real problems after that. she generally kept her patio door closed when using her stereo, but still could feel the beat of the bass tones as they pounded away. thump,thump,thump.
