Has anyone lived in Monaco Park or West Sahara apartment before? If so, would you recommend or not and why?

Thanks

You are unlikey to hit anyone who lives there or did so recently.

The Monaco Park is the better neighborhood. Neither is bad.

Like all such places the quality of living there is a function of the management which often changes.

For 90 or 120 days take Monaco. You can survive a lousey management for a quarter.
