Whenever, I visit LV, I see lots of beaches! (tourist beaches from SoCal...not LoCal beaches!)

Sons of beaches, too!

Actually, the beaches are the only thing I miss on Long Island...and my friends, whom I still see. My dad just moved off in 2006, so I was back and forth quite a bit since I left in '88...not so much anymore. Hanging out at Robert Moses (field 2) State Park....which is really "The Beach"...in my teen years is many a fond memory. Great place to go drinking (18 was legal back then) or get hot and heavy at nighttime, too. Later on, the state cops starting to strictly enforce the NO PARKING rule after dusk. One night, there must have been 50 cars scattered about the parking lot which holds 1000's. A fleet of cops come flying in, with a bunch blocking the exit, and the chaser cop coming around to each car to head out. After we got back dressed...each one heads to gate to receive their tickets. At least it was a parking ticket and not one for indecency! Very strict down there now....and still 80% dumpy.
