Another great place is "Hoy and Juicy Crawfish" which is a block from the Chinatown Mall.

They put a plastic tablecloth on the table. You order as much seafood and the sauce you want it cooked in. Don't wear a good shirt as the food is messy and great.

Guess I'm used to authentic Chinatowns found in most large cities, not a new mall built to attract tourists. Not saying the individual businesses aren't as good, but it kinda turned me off driving down busy Spring Mountain & not knowing where to start-everything besides the mall seems unwalkable.
