I know Aliante townhomes have sids/lids,i was wondering if in other areas where the same builder built if there are these fees and what they are if any. I noticed similar townhomes in east Henderson,Mountains edge,and Lone mountain. Are there any similar townhomes in areas that do not have sids/lids?
