hi,
I really want to move to the usa, calfornia/LA. My boyfriend will be able to get sponsorship as a football coach fine but i need help getting out there. I am a make-up artist/hairdresser (with certificates) and i also have a degree in film productions.
I have no idea where to start and what type of visa I should be looking for. wounder if anyone has been through the same thing or knows abit about visas etc.

It is gonna be tough to get a work visa based on a make up artist/hairdresser You can try to get a student visa for study in US
for a short term course in a public university and then try to get a job within
US

Depending on what kind of visa your boyfriend can get it might be easier to just marry him and get his employer to get you a spouse visa.
