NCIS offices (permanent residency renewal) in Southern California (uscis, fingerprint)

Does anyone know where the interviews are conducted? It appears the nerest USCIS office to Upland is San Bernardino, but that the nearest office with fingerprinting facilities is in downtown L.A.

Yes, USCIS. Corrected. I did look at that site, which is how I found the San Bernardino office, but it doesn't give sites of interviews. I did then use criteria of fingerprinting and found donwtown L.A.

They will likely only let you in with a fingerprinting/ interview notice anyway, and that will say where you are to go.

Yes, of course not NCIS. I'm not in the. It's obviously CSI that I want.
