i came to this country with a tourist visa, im married with an us citizen, we been married for almost 4 years im planning to send my papers to request a green card in the next few days but i have to get out the country by june, so do i have to get out of the country or i have to wait until they send me the number.

You might verify with INS but if you're supposed to go by June, I would think that's what you should do because being here illegally will compromise your ability to be here legally later.

If you came in legally, you don't have to leave the country to adjust status.
I'll suggest you contact a competent immigration lawyer to help you file your application.
Getting out of the country would be easy if it's really an emergency. But getting in the US without the green card will be hard entrance. You will have to wait for your green card mailed at your US home or a letter form US immigration that you got approved to get to US soil. You somehow overstayed the tourist visa (I discussed this at the top) and might get years of ban to enter US. They might look at that when you enter the US since it's tighter to get in the US because of the 9/11 incident. Your 10 year green card can be revoked if found out you overstayed a tourist visa even by 1 month. If you stay here in US, it's less strict to wait for the green card. I suggest get the green card number or card first to be in the safe side.

I can get you a very good response, but it will take more time for me to type it and I'm busy. If I'm a scammer, I should try asking money like the Nigerian scam, but I don't. (Contractions like don't is not acceptable in English grammar.) I don't like to pressure myself of getting this blog so perfect since I get paid nada. I'm sorry to tell you this, but I think your husband may have married you just to stay in the country.
1) BIG red flag: He didn't tell you he was illegal before he married you. Inexcusable.
2) SMALL red flag: He told you that the post office "lost" his passport. Not likely.
It sounds to me like he's a liar and a manipulator. If I were you, I would divorce him.
