My husband is an American citizen and am a foreigner, and we married six years a go and we had a child. Now he moved to US and want to file me I 130 for immigration. We need help for the following questions.

Under clause no. C Information about your relative

A) Question # 15 he will write his job place or mine?
B) Question # 19 he will write his address in US or my address abroad?

With my best regards.

Go to path2usa.org or immihelp.org. Google them. Post the pdf or image and ask. There are tons of useful people there, mostly Indians and Chinese who heavily use the immigration forms and such and are experts. I found all my answers there in the past.

You can download the instructions for filling out the form on the USCIS website:

USCIS - I-130, Petition for Alien Relative

Not to be rude to the OP or anything, but the directions for these forms go through rigorous processing to ensure they are easily understandable by the average layman.

I don't understand why someone would need to google this type of question or have to ask people on a devoted immigration forum like immihelp/visa journey or what have you, unless they were disabled in some manner. In which case, wouldn't it make more sense to ask a family member for help?

I think many people, particularly those new to this forum, don't realize that there's a whole "sticky" with immigration links right here. I always direct posters to the USCIS site as it's the "bible" and, you're right, it's very easily navigable with the instructions very comprehensible.

15 and 19 are questions relating to the relative - in this case you.

Mr. STT Resident, We know the web site and we found those questions on I-130, Petition for Alien Relative form but we just make sure that fill correct to avoid the mistake.
