If I get one of these documents I will be flagged for taxation immediately and for the rest of my life.
You have already a good example with Obama care when the USA government tell you how much they are going to squeeze from you.
Who in the right mind want become a USA person nowadays. ?

This is most confusing since you allegedly already had a GC which you allegedly gave up (although the circumstances of its relinquishment are very cloudy and a little suspect). Your continual posting seems to indicate an unhealthy obsession accompanied now by paranoid delusions. I wouldn't worry too much about the US government staying away from your life but you should probably be concerned enough for your own well being to seek professional counseling. Apparently there are some excellent clinics in Switzerland where I believe you now reside ...

I fear they want me back and my money with it. I want be sure I'm out of your mess and will never ask me to come back to the USA.
I m ready to be banned for life if I had to choose. Where can I apply?
This USA place became so horrible.
Look at Obama care, now people can not even be treated.
I don't want be part of a country which base his tax system on citizenship and not residence.
