On Wednesday I was issued an ITA (invitation to apply) for permanent residency in Canada. I have three months to respond and I was going to respond next month because I am not sure if they ask for bank account information. I am $5000 away from the amount I need, I was going to apply when I got the $5000.
However, I was wondering if the Canadian government does ask for bank numbers or information? Could they find out how much I have now? Would I be better to wait until I get the $5000? I work two jobs and I freelance as well, this is doable. I've never immigrated before, I don't know what to expect and need some help.
You generally gave to present proof such as current account statements.
That makes sense. Thank you. I guess I'll wait until I have that amount then.
