Now the only question i have left is, how do they count the 180 days calendar year you're allowed to be in the US on your visa? I know its up to the individuel officer to decide how long you're gonna stay, but a total of 180 days you're allowed on this visa. I just don't know how it reset? Its cause of tax purposes they have the 180 days rule, thats all i know.

My visa is valid for 10 whole years
Rule of thumb is 180 in/180 out. Have so called binding ties with you: contracts, leases, school registration, ... Anything that shows you will go back.

It wasn't a problem getting the visa at all! I'm so happy it went as easy as it did.
He did tell me not to overstay again, and he looked me straight in the eyes and asked 4 questions in a row where he required me to answer immeadiatly, which i did. After that there was absolutely no problems. I'm just so afraid of the border control and how they will deal with me. I ALWAYS make sure to have a return ticket, proof i can support myself every month during my stay.

Calendar year, meaning it resets every year? Lets say i enter in July, and i go home in December, by January it will have reset my stay? As in, i can enter for 6 months again after new year? - Or is it a year in the calendar from the first day i enter the US, and then counting a year? I'm so confused when it comes to this.

I will never enter the states and stay for a full 6 months period of time, i go there for a maximum of 2-3 months. Thats my plan.

No. The beginning of the new year does not reset any "clock". You would only have January remaining before your 6 months is up.
