The issue is not just that legally she is not an immigrant....although of course it is an issue.
The real issue is that if you are illegal you can stay here if you have been here for 5 years and can proof it. How many false papers will be shown?
The issue is way bigger.
There are many E2 kids and their parents offer jobs to Americans, pay taxes and have to travel every 2 years to update their I-94 card to be stamped and come back even if they travel one day outside the country and it cost a lot of money while illegals just stay and get awarded with a SSN and to stay here and they are so horribly treated but when it comes to a legal alien who came through the front door all they are told " you knew it is not an immigrant status so stop whining"!
That is the issue and how can people justify what the president is doing while not looking out for kids of E2 visa holders that age out at 21 and their parents can stay and they have to leave the country unless they are able to get a different visa and having in most cases, to travel abroad to get it while the illegal one just stays here, breaks the law and get a path to a green card and immediately a SSN to work and take jobs.
I know a couple of legal kids who are here for over 10 years and some even over 15 years with this issue and body wants to listen to that issue and frankly it is nobodies issue until the president made the unfair executive decision to choose illegals over legals!
Award the criminal is how the president wants to act. Just as judging the cops before knowing the facts!
A person cannot even visit Canada unless they can show visible means of financial stability. ie they are not going to allow a visitor the live off their government.
