If you haven't graduated high school/college can you still marry an american citizen and move into the USA legally or a high school diploma is a must ?

No need for a highschool diploma, that is for certain other visas such as the Diversity Lottery one.

Thank you very much, may I ask another question about the medical exams ? So, I'm a guy but my doctor told me I have some below average testosterone levels, and slightly above average estrogen levels (female hormones). Is not a disease like I'm about to die but I'm just concerned if this is going to be a problem.

Lol...you made me smile too. No need to have a diploma to enter the USA if your spouse is an american. Your spouse chose you. Not like the country chooses you. Bc, one time to enter the USA you were supposed to be highly skilled or highly educated or rich with a lot of dollars...now...it is not the case...
