Im Dave ChApelle now. I will not vote. I never get to brag or flash my citizenship. I paid the fee and for what?
I'm basically an illegal taquito in the eyes of born Americans, all thanks to my luscious latin looks and accent. Im American bro, yea right boy keep dreaming
What benefits did I really obtain? avoiding deportation? travel visa? you need cashola fo dat
I wear my american flag shirt or cap, and Americans say, oh look at that Mexican trying to be murican.
Yessir, if you do not wish to vote, don't. It is not mandatory.
However, from the tone of your post, you apparently regret the fact that you became a citizen of the United States. IF, in fact, that is true, you CAN renounce your citizenship and go back where you came from.
Keeping your U.S. citizenship and staying here are not mandatory, either.
Good luck in whatever you decide.

Sorry I can't follow your post. Are you acting like Dave Chappelle or complaining about you being a naturalized citizen?

the rest of the world is wanting to get into the US any which way they can, even by means of fraud, and the OP is b*tch*ng about having paid his way to become a US citizen. OP: just hand over your US passport and greencard, and go back to where you came from. i would love to be a US citizen, but can't just yet since i have to wait for 4 more years before i can do so.

It's your right and you've earned it. And as mentioned, if you don't, then you shouldn't complain about things.

Go back to Mexico or wherever you came from and be happy.
