Just wondering if anyone, like myself was collecting and ready to go onto Tier 1 of EUC. I was called back to work in August, and then worked for 4 months continuously. I was laid off again at the end of December, and when I filed for unemployment, I received a determination letter stating that I did not qualify for PA. unemployment as I did not make enough? But, before I received this letter, they deposited two weeks of EUC into my account .Now when I filed again I received nothing, however I did get notice that my claim was accepted. Since you can not get to speak with anyone on the phone no matter what hour, I am left with no help. Any ideas at to what is going on?

Thank you -

If you really need to call them if you dig around enough there is a direct line to the union ave. office. Have them call you back if you can't find it, they may need to reactivate the tier 1. I had to get them to do that in november when my claim ran out.

I myself am concerned that when my tier 1 runs out, if they won't try to file a claim for my new part time job which is at less pay, which would reduce my benefit amount. Either way, it does not hurt to call them, or at least get them to call you back.
