Is anyone familiar with the development of Brandywine Village? I am looking at a home in that area and just want to make sure there are young families with similiar interests since we will be new to the area an hope to fit in.
I prefer a diverse community but am unsure how mixed this area is.
Thank you

Great area! I live in one of the other developments within walking distance of Brandywine, and can promise you there are tons of kids. Schools are good and as a transplant, I found it easy to make friends here.
