Hello everyone.

My wife and I have 2 small children with another one soon on the way. We are currently looking to get out of the Poconos and purchase an affordable home in the Lehigh Valley. Right now things are still up in the air, but we did find a home that we like in Wilson (but has an Easton mailing address). More on the suburban side, which we like. Nice neighborhood.

We've been asking around about the Wilson SD. Smaller classes, less kids in the district than Easton SD. Is this correct? I wanted to make sure my kids will go to decent schools, which is why we are leaving the Poconos to begin with.

Any general insight is greatly appreciated

Yes, it's better then Easton but to be fair most non-city schools are better then the city schools. This chart may help you see a wider picture of how it compares to other High Schools in the area: Schooldigger.com comparison results

I generally compare High Schools because that's where it matters the most.
