If you want the freshest soybeans, why not plan a trip to Delaware where they grow them? Not too far to drive, and you can't beat the freshness! They grow all kinds of beans out there.

They grow soybeans all over the Pennsylvania. If you look at our fields you'll generally see about one of three crops- hay, soybeans or corn. The immature soybeans are also known as edamame, which is pretty common in the big farmers markets.

I go to a pick your own place called Bob White acres, just southwest of Coopersburg. I usually pick blueberries, peaches and apples there. Today when I called up to see what was available, the message said that they have PYO soybeans. Here is their info: Bob White Acres, 3879 E Mill Hill Rd
Coopersburg, PA 18036 (215) 679-7756 They usually have the same things available for sale at their stand for more then the PYO prices.
