According to my friends who live down there it is very nice. Here is the website:

If you like to walk, bike, or rollerblade, I suggest a visit to the Rodale Fitness Park located on Mosser Road across from the velodrome. There are paved paths to walk/run/bike/blade on, as well as nice wooded paths for walking. My son races his bike in the park each Thursday during the warm months.

Lower Macungie Pool is nice, but it's one of my least favorites. It's too shady unless the temp is in the high 90's. Baby pool is too separated from the big one, if you have kids under 5ish and some over 5ish. And for a real treat, take a day trip to the new Bethlehem area pool. It's fun like a water park! The nice thing about the Valley is that you don't have to be a member to go to the different pools.

What about the Emmaus pool?
http://www.emacswim.org/ I know kids that have gone through lessons (both swimming and diving) there and liked it. My kids have been there for birthday parties. It's not new and shiny but convienent for Emmaus people and has a good rep.
We only have swim-zone on my side of the mountain
