I stumbled upon photos of home in the Kinderwood section of Easton, but I can't find any info about the community.

I am not concerned with schools.

It appears to be very close to the Delaware River and Nevin Park; is there a public walkway along the river, or public beach area?

How many units are in the community, approximately?

I'm unclear whether they are detached, individual homes, or what they are.

Are there any other similar (wood, contemporary) communities nearby?

anything else I should ask or know about Kinderwood?

As far as I know it is a very small collection of homes. You can walk to the Young Republican club. Membership will give you access to the river.Homes from $150-$200K with the at least one home for much more.

The Nevin Park apartments were built in 1966.

thank you ..... subsequent surfing revealed that there are 8 homes in this little community and monthly fees are between 350 and 400 a month and cover all exterior issues, painting, roof, sidewalks, driveways, lawn care and snow removal.
