I have RCN for my business. I've had the same service moved 3 times. First from Allentown, then to Hanover, and it will be moving to Down town Bethlehem. I've had zero problems with customer service or speed, I'm paying 100 a month for a business high speed internet 40mbs down and 5mbs up. So far in allentown and hanover, have had zero connectivity issues and the slowest download spd i've gotten is 31mbs and slowest up was 2mbs. My point being is that the rcn connection is extremely reliable.

Verizon DSL is terrible, terrible, terrible for the modern day and age where everything connects to the internet. Also my parents house has been on the waiting list for fios for 3 years they're coverage is very limited and they dont live in the boonies they live in bethlehem. The reason people in the valley keep seeing fios commercials is because in the advertising world Lehigh valley is listed as an area called east philladelphia, so we get a lot of adverts for services not quite or completely in the area yet.

thank you for replying my post very much.
Yes, then I will continue to stay in RCN for my internet. BTW I am going to buy a cable modem on ebay so that I can have $5/mo off as RCN introduces on their webpage, hehe.........
