I'm 99.999999999999999 percent positive I have seen it sold at the Allentown Fairgrounds Farmer's Market.

sells frozen duck. Usually they are pretty good about most meats.
Fresh Duck is hard to come by.
Mr Bills at the Allentown Fairgrounds used to buy it from the Mennonite Farmers fresh, but he rarely carries it today. You can check back closer to holidays.
