Can anyone give any thoughts on these newly constructed townhomes. Particularly the area in terms of safety, distance to conveniences like shopping malls, nightlife. Thanks

From my understanding, that side of 78 is very quiet. There aren't grocery stores/ shopping. That said, you can easily go to Rt33N or into NJ (1st exit) for a bunch of shopping. Obviously, you could also go into downtown Easton too.

My wild guess is that most people living there would be commuters into NJ/NYC.

Thanks blazerj. My wife and I are looking to move in the next couple of months. That area did seem quiet, those townhomes are newly constructed with nicely appointed interiors. Wife will be commuting to NJ hence the interest in that area.

Hi All,
I know this thread is old, but I saw some properties in this area and I am very interested because it is in the Wilson area school district. What concerns me is that there are a lot of properties for sale and for rent. I know there is a landfill not too far away. Any other insider details I should be aware of?

Thanks
