There are two sites being built on Rte 222 just east of the Hess station, almost across from each other. I hear one will be a Lowes and one will be a Home Depot

Anyone know anything.

When will they build a Costco???

Cheers, everyone!

I know for sure that one is a Lowes. I know for sure that there will be a Texas Roadhouse built out there too. I have not heard that the Home Depot or that Costco is finalized. I also know that home depot has tried to move their location from 22 and MacAurthur Rd, but has not been able to.

For the life of me, I can't figure out why we can't get a Costco up here. I'm going to make my monthly Costco pilgrimage to Montgomeryville tomorrow and I'm not real happy about the drive.

There is now a sign there saying "Texas Roadhouse Coming Soon". They've gotten a lot of the structure up over the last couple of weeks.

Default Home Depot

I examined the construction site permits posted on Route 222 @ Shepherd Hills Lane (South of Krocks and North of Grange Road). The construction site designates a Home Depot.

Has anyone heard anything about this? It doesn't look like much of anything is going on at the site...
