In West Allentown aside from Volpes, Callahans, and a few other places there really is'nt anywhere to go. There needs to be more bars. Maybe somebody that owns a home on 24th and Greenleaf will consider converting their home into a bar. I think a lot of West End residents need to consider this.

You want a town that is loaded with bars, then move to Scranton. I think this town has more bars than people.

How about Ringers or Stooges? the old Mule Tavern is now the Liberty St. Tavern, they all have some quality beers and decent specials.

Stooges is kind of phony. In July my friend and I visited the website and we were just rubbed the wrong way. Ringers appears to stiff and uptight. I think the Liberty St. Tavern may be the spot.
