Can anyone tell me what newspaper is most often read in the Thompsontown area? I need to post a genealogy add.

Thompsontown isn't in the Lehigh Valley; it is in central Pennsylvania, between Harrisburg and State College, in Juniata County. I'd guess there would be a weekly newspaper in Juniata County, but I don't know what newspaper(s) that would be. The primary daily newspaper in the Thompsontown area is almost definitely the Lewistown Sentinel.

Hi. The three newspapers that are in this town are the Juniata Sentinel, Lewistown Sentinel and The Times(which is almost exactly like the Juniata S.) We also get the Patriot News from Harrisburg.
I know this post if kind of old, but I hope this helps you
