After many visits to Bethlehem and the Lehigh Valley, I've noticed how much Bethlehem has grown. Around the Steel Stacks, there has been a very noticeable growth in the area.
Where can I get information on the future plans for Bethlehem (or even the Lehigh Valley) in regards to private/public development and support for housing, real estate, businesses, etc?

The 2016 Oktoberfest has been represented by many craft beer business from the surrounding areas and grows every year. Some even opening local pubs in the region.
The 2016 Musikfest saw record breaking attendance and continues to grow.
The Sands Casino continues to present top performers
The North Side also continues to grow. Many new businesses....

Thanks

Default Municipal Profile

I don't know if this helps, but it has population predictions. Bethlehem City straddles two counties. As of the 2010 census, the city had a total population of 74,982 ; 55,639 were in Northampton County, and 19,343 were in Lehigh County. City population has been stable for half a century, while all growth has been in the nearby townships. The city is expected to grow in the next few years.

The assessed value of taxable real estate is larger than that of Northampton county despite having a much smaller population and very little commercial real estate. So while the tax rates look much lower in Lehigh county, but remember the counties have very different approaches for assessment.

Allentown is included for comparison purposes.
