I am moving to upper Nazareth in a few weeks. I just found out its different from Nazareth, different townships. Whats the difference? Can I use the pool in Nazareth?

You can use the pool. In fact, you can use any of the public pools (there is one in Palmer and one in Bethlehem Township).

Also, I don't think the Nazareth pool charges different rates for non-residents anyway.

Lehigh and Northampton counties have a total of 3 cities, 27 boroughs and 32 townships. Pennsylvania local government is one of the most fractured in the entire USA.

297,735 Northampton County Median value-owner occupied (2009-2013) $212,100 Total Acres 241,438.4

2010 census population (all belong to same School District: Nazareth Area)
5,746 Nazareth borough Median value-owner occupied (2009-2013) $172,200 Total Acres 1,084.4
6,231 Upper Nazareth township Median value-owner occupied (2009-2013) $249,900 Total Acres 4,783.5
5,674 Lower Nazareth township Median value-owner occupied (2009-2013) $293,600 Total Acres 8,681.5

Because the township and boroughs are so small they often cooperate on municipal services and police services.

Homes in the borough of Nazareth are less valuable than the county median, while both Upper and Lower Nazareth homes are more valuable. I believe that Lower Nazareth has the highest median value homes of any municipality in Northampton County.

I've been living in upper nazareth for little over 3 years now. yes, there are three different townships: lower nazareth/ nazareth borough/ upper nazareth. upper nazareth is the closest to the middle school. i live on schoeneck terrace which is less than a mile from the middle school. The pool was renovated last year, so yeah, enjoy it and make the best use of it in summer. ask me any questions you have.
