All:
I cannot express how helpful you have been in prior posts. This goes from finding a decent moving company to finding decent areas (in NC ). Thank you!

I'm trying a different approach to find temporary Q U I E T housing, apts (quiet seems impossible there) townhome rentals in safe areas (preferably in Bethlehem but I don't think that's possible). Price range
max $1400 month range. I've viewed ratings on too many websites. They're pretty bad for one reason or another. I compare comments and variations to try to ensure it's not just an angry person posting all over the place. My spouse contacted one apartment complex and asked one question - are they in the airport flight (and named it but I don't remember it...). Got no response other than marketing. Crossed that off our list.

Do any of you know a business that helps people find apts. in homes. Decades ago, we used someone like that in NYS. In NY, we paid a maybe a month's rental fee to the agent. Boy, was it worth it.

Apts. and townhomes I've seen after extensive research are off major roads or in flightpaths. We obviously need someone who knows the Lehigh Valley area like the back of his/her hand. I'd fill out the relocation form but I'm past that (and got great responses but they didn't match our needs). I'd love a body who knows the areas.

Thanks, again, folks.

I don't know about a business that is like in NYC, which is a "fee" apartment, that you pay and the landlord doesn't care about.

Here, the landlord pays the broker. If you want to PM me, I can let you know the agent I used for renting a townhouse. They are not a family owned real estate agent and know the area well, but they are paid by the landlords (may/ may not give them an incentive to steer you towards a specific rental).
