What would be a good strategy for an Uber driver in the region (more in the Bethlehem/Nazareth area)?

For example, is there a particular time when larger flights arrive at LVI (and where is the Uber queue there? Couldn't find it). Other areas and times that folks tend to need rides in the region?

Thanks!

I don't know what the rules are for self marketing with uber, but can you print business cards and put them up places? I know my library has a bulletin board full of business cards. How about a FB page? Friends could share it.

Thanks for the suggestion, but Uber doesn't work that way. They don't allow drivers to set up/coordinate rides in advance, it's kind of an "on-demand" thing. Drivers have to position themselves in areas in need, and wait until Uber sends them ride requests from nearby riders.

Yeah, that's what I thought since I hadn't seen it before. My kids have used uber to get from the Hellertown bus stop to us but not on a regular basis. I would think after any of the festivals would be good. Celtic Classic is coming up in Bethlehem. Lots of drinking going on!

I’d guess early Monday morning flights to EWR or PHL (maybe pre-booked) would be a good opportunity. Same with rides to NYC/PHL bus stops.

Maybe Thursday or Friday afternoons when people leave here to fly back home from ABE or EWR or PHL?

Thanks, but I'd have to position myself in locations where there's a bunch of people who need to go somewhere, i.e when there are incoming flights, people getting *off* planes, not outbound flights or buses. In the latter case, the folks who need rides are scattered throughout the region, not centralized. I'll check the flight schedules at LVI.

Position yourself at the casino late on a Friday or Saturday night.
