Auburn Station is now, The worst, I mean worst. It used to be an amazing place to live, under new management and this woman is horrendous. The original owner created a beautiful facility and the former property manager made it a one of a kind place to live. Today people can't wait to leave. Safety has declined, the unity is non existent. The few long time staff members are being treated like garbage and I assume its to get rid of them so new like minded morons with big egos can take over. I actually heard her talking to a co-worker as if they were dirt under her shoe, sad and unprofessional. I will never come back to this place and never recommend it to anyone to go there. Thanks to the NEW property manager all the long term tenants can't get out fast enough. This woman is a nightmare and so is what used to be a pretty cool, safe living establishment.

I've lived at Auburn Station for several years and it sucks. The management is crappy and they raise the rents constantly. There's dog crap everywhere because people don't pick up after their pets. There's no after hours services and the manager lives in Reading so if you have an emergency good luck having anyone to help you. There's no way for you to receive packages there because the management refuses to sign for packages and since there is no intercom or telephone system there's no way for the delivery drivers to let you know that they are there. Hope there's no pool, there's no gym, there are no outside areas that are private other than four or five apartments that have outside patios but you have to spend over $100 extra for a patio. There's really nothing there other than cool architecture and a gated parking lot, but the parking lot is too small for all the people that live there. I'm just so happy to of gone out. It used to be really cool back in the day but now with the new New York management it's sucks.
