Just saw that Philadephia Soft Pretzel Factory opened up in Kuhnsville/Macungie. Finally, I can get real hot fresh philly pretzels in this area!!

There is nothing like a philly pretzel fresh out of the oven.

I saw that one as well. Owned by the same people.

They make fantastic pretzels!

So apparently I drive past this location daily but I never noticed it there until I saw this post. I've never tried this chain before, so I'll have to try it out. What's the difference between here and a place like Auntie Anne's?

Way different type of pretzel. These dont rely on a butter sauce to get flavor. Plsu they are way cheaper.

Trust me, you will love them! Give them a shot.

Just tried it out.

Definitely tasty and I understand what you mean by "different kind of pretzel."

My only negative point would be the salt on it. Way too salty for me with the salt as it is.

I'll ask if they have any unsalted one next time now that I know what I'm dealing with

Oops...it was supposed to be Macungie, but its actually Kuhnsville. It was listed as MacUngie on their website at one time. Its on Tilhman across from Parma Pizza.

These Pretzels are the best. I bought a bag of 10 (it filled up an entire brown grocery bag) for around $5 from Easton! I live in Bethlehem and only had 8 by the time I made it home!!
